Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Alpha E Barcode Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering reliable software and hardware solutions. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, replacements, or refunds may be processed for software, services, and hardware purchases made through our website, authorized partners, or directly with our sales team.

1. Software License Cancellation

  • Once an ERP or software license has been generated, activated, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled or transferred.
  • Each license is system-specific and permanently tied to the registered user or organization.
  • Licenses provided for demo, evaluation, or trial purposes may be terminated by Alpha E Barcode at any time without notice.
  • In case of misuse or violation of license terms, Alpha E Barcode reserves the right to suspend or revoke access immediately.

2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and Subscription Services

  • Customers may cancel AMC or subscription renewals by sending an email to support@alphaebarcode.com at least 15 days before the renewal date.
  • Once AMC or cloud-based services are renewed and activated, the fees become non-refundable.
  • If the customer discontinues services mid-term, no prorated refund will be provided.
  • Alpha E Barcode reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of agreement.

3. Hardware Products (Printers, Scanners, Labels, etc.)

  • Hardware products once sold are non-refundable.
  • Replacement will be considered only if:
    • The product is received in damaged or defective condition.
    • The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).
    • The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • If the hardware is covered under manufacturer warranty, replacement or service will follow the manufacturer’s policy.
  • Shipping charges for return/replacement are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once license keys, activation codes, or service credentials have been issued.
  • No refunds apply once hardware has been dispatched or custom software development has begun.
  • Refunds will only be approved in exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
    • Non-delivery of license or product due to system failure.
    • Order cancelled before dispatch or license generation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business working days via the original payment method.

5. Demo and Evaluation Software

  • Demo or trial software is provided solely for evaluation purposes.
  • Such licenses may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • No refund, cancellation, or compensation applies to demo installations.

6. Policy Updates

Alpha E Barcode Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the official website.
